• Advertising your business on the SELFLUV platform(s).
• Creating A4 business advertising space distributed through the SELFLUV magazine or digital publication.
• Sharing posts across the SELFLUV network, including redistribution by other businesses in the network.
• Connecting businesses within the network for potential collaboration.

4. SELFLUV Networking Advertising Terms
When subscribing to SELFLUV Networking:
• The subscription term is 12 months from the date of payment.
• Each subscribed business receives one A4 advertising page to be distributed across magazine publications run by SELFLUV.
• Advertising may also be shared on SELFLUV’s platforms and may be shared by other subscribed businesses.
• SELFLUV Networking can adjust the quantity, format, and level of distribution based on audience and traffic analytics.
• Once the subscription fee is paid, it is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

5. SELFLUV Networking Liability
• SELFLUV and SELFLUV Networking are not responsible for the actions, statements, decisions, or behaviour of any other business within or outside the network.
• SELFLUV Networking only connects businesses. Communication thereafter is strictly between the parties unless a private event requires SELFLUV coordination, in which case SELFLUV may act as a communication bridge.
• SELFLUV and SELFLUV Networking do not guarantee business leads, sales, profit, or customer conversions.
• SELFLUV is not liable for loss, dissatisfaction, lack of response or lack of business growth resulting from the advertisement or networking service.

6. External Business Rights
• Businesses external to the SELFLUV Network have the right to decline being:
• Tagged on social media,
• Posted about on social platforms,
• Advertised or associated with SELFLUV or network members.
• If an external business does not wish to be involved in such promotional activities, they hold the right to refuse.
• Any complaints raised by an external business regarding a member business must be handled solely between those parties.
• SELFLUV will not be held responsible, implicated, or legally involved in disputes between network members and non-network businesses.

We may share or redistribute advertising content:
•Within the SELFLUV magazine or digital publication.
• On SELFLUV’s digital platforms.
• With other businesses within the SELFLUV network for promotional purposes.
We do not sell personal data or business information to third parties.

SelfLuv Network — Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the SelfLuv Network (“we”, “us”, “our”, “SelfLuv”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the SelfLuv Network, including all services, platforms, networking features, events, and business arrangements that operate under SelfLuv and SelfLuv Networking.
By joining, registering, subscribing, or engaging with the SelfLuv Network, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy (available at https://selfluv.co.uk/privacy-policy), and all associated policies.
2. Definitions
• Network Member: A business or organisation subscribed to and accepted into the SelfLuv Network.
• External Business: Any business not subscribed to or accepted into the SelfLuv Network.
• Engagements and Arrangements: Any collaborative business activities, contracts, services, events, or deals between Network Members.
3. Membership and Obligations
3.1 Network Participation
To become a SelfLuv Network Member, businesses must apply and be approved according to eligibility criteria defined by SelfLuv.
SelfLuv reserves the right to accept or decline any application without explanation.
3.2 Exclusive Network Route for Member Interactions
All engagements, arrangements, collaborations, contracts, partnerships, and business activities between two SelfLuv Network Members must be facilitated through the SelfLuv Network.
This means:
• A Member must not independently negotiate or agree arrangements with another Member outside of SelfLuv’s platforms or processes.
• SelfLuv may provide support, management, or coordination services for the arrangement, as required or requested.
• This clause does not prevent Members from interacting informally, but the formalisation and execution of business deals must go through SelfLuv.
3.3 Advertising and Promotion
Network Members grant SelfLuv the right to share, publish, or redistribute their content for promotional or network purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Fees and Payments
• Subscription fees, advertising charges, event participation, and any other fees associated with Network Membership or services are due as specified at the time of purchase.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stipulated.
5. Privacy and Data Use
Members acknowledge and accept that SelfLuv will collect, store, and use business information, contact information, logos, and promotional content in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 Limitation of Liability
SelfLuv acts as a networking platform connecting businesses; it does not guarantee outcomes, business leads, profits, sales, or success for any Members.
6.2 Independent Business Responsibility
Relationships, communications, and contracts between Members remain the responsibility of those parties. SelfLuv is not liable for disputes, contract performance, or outcomes beyond its facilitation services, except where explicitly agreed in writing.
6.3 Suspension of Marketing and Advertising for Safety or Legal Reasons
If any business featured in the Selfluv Network Magazine (operated by Selfluv Ltd) offers a product or service that is defective, subject to a recall, may cause harm to customers, or is involved in current legal proceedings, Selfluv Ltd reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, withdraw, or decline all marketing and advertising activity for that brand across our platforms.
6.4 Bizlinx Empire Legal and Invictus Law Firm
We work with Bizlinx Empire Legal Team and Invictus Law to enforce immediate suspension and, where appropriate, pursue legal remedies.
Such suspension will remain in place until the matter is resolved to our reasonable satisfaction and/or any regulatory obligations have been met. This measure is precautionary and does not constitute an admission of liability by Selfluv Ltd. Where necessary and in accordance with applicable law, we may process and share limited information with our legal advisers and relevant authorities to implement this suspension and ensure compliance.
6.5 No refunds
No refunds; additional charges for platform delays/removals. No refund will be issued where advertising on paid third‑party platforms is delayed, suspended, restricted, or removed. If such delay or removal arises from factors outside SelfLuv Ltd’s reasonable control—including but not limited to Client delays, missing or non‑compliant materials, late approvals, account access issues, or platform policy enforcement—SelfLuv Ltd may invoice the Client for any additional costs reasonably incurred (e.g., platform charges, resubmission/reinstatement fees, re‑trafficking, creative amendments, and additional management time). Media spend already committed or paid to platforms is non‑refundable.
7. External Parties
External businesses retain the right to refuse involvement in SelfLuv promotions or business interactions with Members. SelfLuv is not liable for obligations, disputes, or communications between Members and External Businesses.
8. Termination
SelfLuv may suspend or terminate a Member’s access to the Network for breach of these Terms, misconduct, or at SelfLuv’s discretion.
9. Changes to Terms
SelfLuv reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be posted on our platforms. Continued use of the Network after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales or such jurisdiction as SelfLuv determines.
